And we’re on it again! For 2026, we are planning our annual scale model show and contest during the airfield festival in Berlin-Gatow. You are cordially invited to participate – as always, in hangar 5.
When: Saturday and Sunday, 5 and 6 September 2026

We will hold a general model building contest, organized into categories by theme (planes, ships, vehicles, dioramas, science fiction, …) and – if there are enough participants – scale. In collaboration with the museum, we are planning the special category for which we are defining the last details right now. As in the last competition, we intend to evaluate the special category together with the military history professionals from the museum and award special prizes.
We will post more information about the contest as we are approaching the event.
