H - Class

Beitrag von Detlef »

Our SIG 200 co-founder Dr. Peter Krtina recently completed this German projected H-class battleship as a 1/200 scale model.
Here are some photos of the over a 1,4 meter long model.
The model was constructed by an Austrian model building friend and printed entirely using various 3D methods: hull and superstructure in nylon/filament, the small parts are partly in resin printing. The rest was done by hand. The wood deck imitations are made of paper.
The manufacturer is considering whether, if there is enough interest, he should make a kit out of it...

In any case, the result looks very good Dr. Peter!
